Former 17th century mill, with attached late Georgian house and granary. Laid out in an L-shaped block, and built of squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, and banded work to sides and granary. Collyweston slate roof with raised stone coped gables. The 17th century water wheel to the rear of the mill was modified in the 19th century, but survives intact and is thought to be in working order. Much of the mill machinery is also still present.
