Full Description

Rather faint cropmarks of ditched field boundaries and rectangular enclosures seen on aerial photographs on 1945, 1950, and 1986. Part of a much larger complex of cropmarks (now incorporates MLI33469 and MLI33348), that includes ring ditches (MLI33363, MLI33364, MLI33298), pit alignments (MLI33468) and linear ditches (MLI34099). In 1965? W. G. Simpson was recorded as reporting a few Romano-British potsherds from the area. The cropmarks in the eastern part of the area have also been included in MLI35803. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}{7}{8}{9}
