Full Description

Anglo-Saxon pottery has been found at TF 107 328. {1} During fieldwalking undertaken in January to February 2005, early to mid Anglo-Saxon (410-850AD) pottery and late Anglo-Saxon to Saxo-Norman pottery (850-1150AD) was found, particularly around St Andrews Church [PRN 32891]. This indicates that the Romano British activity here [PRN 38892] continued in the Anglo-Saxon period. {2}{3}
