Full Description
An area of about 50m. sq. of Roman pot scatter. Greyware, Samian and a few Nene Valley colour coated. Also a Roman penannular brooch with pin and terminals broken. A possible saltern site about 20m in diameter but possibly extending into grass field to south. Material is very red and unlike material in salterns in Rippingale and Hacconby pieces very tiny and friable. {1}{2}
