Fragment of large Roman urn of light red earth, 'representing Victory, with a hare behind & part of a gauntlet, with standard, wreath, etc., in bas-relief, with many head of divers colours,' beads & other ornaments found between Sempringham Church & the village of Pointon, probably represent a Roman cemetery site {1}{2}{3}{4}
