Tobias Norris first of family, earliest bell in Lincs is 3rd ring Sutton St James dated 1603, his last the 2nd ring at Moulton 1626. Tobias Norris 1628-38, Thomas Norris 1625-78 (sons).Tobias 1644-95(grandson) Alex Rigby 1684-1708 (foreman). {1}{2} TF03320731 RCHM believe foundry lies behind 12 St Paul St, Norris House.{5}
