Full Description
The buildings at 19 St George's Street were demolished in 1973. Disturbed soil at the rear produced early Stamford ware, including rouletted rims, developed Stamford ware & shell gritted pottery. A medieval well was also found, which seemed to have been filled with debris from previous building. {1}
