Full Description

Unsubstantiated report of 30-40 skeletons being found at this location 'some years ago' W Sargeant, Stragglethorpe.{1} A Meaney mentions cemetery at this grid reference. Could be misplaced 30381 or could be separate.{2}{3}{4} Inhumation burials (female) are said to have been found in a barrow; they had grave goods. Sited at SK 937 454. {5}
