Full Description

Roman pottery finds (SK 85 49) deposited in Newark Museum including a coin of Constantine I presented by Col. Nicholson. Reported Denarius of Geta (211- 12), found in gravel pit 15 ft down. Donated to Newark Museum by Mr Bell in 1928, now lost, another possible collection of Romano-British pottery also found. {1}{2}{3}
