Full Description

A hoard of 142 silver and gold coins of Edward VI to Charles I, deposited in about 1642, and found in the kitchen garden of the Old Rectory, now the garden of Glebe House. Declared treasure trove. The inquest was on 18.7.68 at Grantham. The hoard was bought from British Museum by Lincoln County Museum. {1}{6}
