Full Description

A type 23, three-bay concrete anti-aircraft pillbox of the Second World War Coastal Crust. The end chambers each have three embrasures, with a shelf below each embrasure. The central chamber has a raised platform. The pillbox was built using wooden shuttering and has a narrow entrance, set centrally in the rear wall. {1}{2}
