Full Description

At TF253332 presumed Medieval saltern sites in Bicker Haven. Three out of four large mounds were searched, and four or five patches of burnt earth were seen on each mound, with very fragmentary burnt clay. A quantity of C13th- 15th sherds of pottery were found on one mound, and one odd sherd on the top of another.{1}{2} THE EXTENT OF THIS SITE HAS BEEN CLARIFIED BY H HEALEY. {5}
