Manorial chapel of St Nicholas founded pre-1300, one mile from parish church. {1}{2}
The Chapel of St Nicholas is thought to be located north-east of the village, close to where skeletons were retrieved during work on Holbeach Bypass, although these may not be associated with the chapel. {3}
