Full Description
Much industrial debris, highly fragmented supports, baked clay and vessel pieces from a hill of dark red crumbly ashy soil 'y'. Some fragmented baked clay from patch 'w'. Pottery scatter 'x' mainly on definite 70 feet by 60 feet area of dark soil, but spread over the rest of a 150 feet by 100 feet hillock. Dated 2nd to 4th century. {1}
