Undated cropmarks perhaps the remains of a settlement of some kind. {1}
Probable cropmark prehistoric or Romano-British settlement, Donington. Seen as a complex series of enclosure ditches, boundary ditches, ring ditches (round houses?), rectilinear ditched enclosures and a possible trackway following (partially cut by) an old river course. Probably Iron Age to Roman in date. Depicted on Google Maps (web site) aerial photograph layer.{2}{3}
