Full Description
THE PEA PACKING FACTORY ON STELLS LANE HAS CELLARS, TWO FLOORS AND AN ATTIC. IT IS 29 FT TO THE TOP OF THE GABLE WITH ADJACENT AND CONTEMPORARY HOUSE. THE MAIN FLOOR IS 44 FT 10 INS BY 27 FT. IT WAS POSSIBLY A MUSTARD FACTORY IN 1897. IT BECAME TOM WATKINS PEA FACTORY IN 1912. IT LATER BELONGED TO BRITISH RAIL, AND IS CURRENTLY RESIDENTIAL. {1}
