NINE SHERDS OF MID C12-LATE C13 POTTERY WERE RECOVERED FROM WHAT APPEARED TO BE A LATE MEDIEVAL GROUND SURFACE. THIS INDICATES THAT THERE WAS NOT MUCH MEDIEVAL ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA. {1}{2}
