LATE SAXON/MEDIEVAL SETTLEMENT SITE LOCATED ON E EDGE OF DISCONTINUOUS RODDON SILTS. DARK SOILMARK. MUCH POTTERY, MAINLY TOYNTON TYPES BUT ALSO LINCOLN AND POTTERHANWORTH TYPES. ALSO FOUND WERE SHELLS, BONE, 2 IRON OBJECTS AND 3 LAVA QUERN FRAGMENTS. {1}, AREA 0.27H, HTM 2.0M
