IN 1973, FINDS WERE MADE IN THE GARDEN OF ALLEN HOUSE, LEAKE COMMONSIDE. TOYNTON ALL SAINTS TYPES INCLUDING LATE STORAGE JAR, THUMBED NECK OF ANOTHER, K3 TYPE JUG DECORATION, OVAL HANDLE, THUMBED ROSETTE FROM JUG, BASE AND SHERDS. HANDLE - VERY SANDY WITH SOME WHITE FRAGS. IN SECTION (POSSIBLY KIRKSTEAD). SHELLY COOKING POT - PROBABLY POTTERHANWORTH, 8 INS DIAMETER RED TONE, BLACKENED RIM EXTERIOR. ONE SHERD STAMFORD WARE, PALE GREEN GLAZE. BOURNE D JAR, PANCHEON AND RIM 12 INS DIAMETER OTHER PANCHEON FRAGMENTS. DARK GLAZED SMALL SHERD AND SELF- APPLIED STRIP - POSSIBLY OLD BOLINGBROKE.{1}
