A northwest-southeast aligned linear boundary can be seen as a distinct cropmark on satellite imagery. It is perpendicular to a suspected Prehistoric boundary/pit alignment which continues into Leicestershire (MLI35132). This might indicate that this boundary is also Prehistoric. As it moves to the southeast it appears to meet another, less clear, linear cropmark, which itself is intersected by a possible sub-circular enclosure. The cropmarks are partiallyobscured by other apparently geological marks, so an archaeological origin for these southern features is not certain. {1}
