AT TF420530 SALTERN MATERIAL WAS FOUND IN A DITCH IN WRANGLE LOW GROUND. {2}{4} AT AREA TF419532 ROMAN SALTERN MATERIAL AND POTTERY WAS FOUND. THE POTTERY INCLUDED COLOUR-COATED WARE, AND WAS FOUND ON PLOUGH LAND IN WRANGLE LOW GROUND.{1}{2}{3}{4} BOTH AREAS ARE UNDER CROP. A CURSORY PERAMBULATION PRODUCED A FEW SHERDS OF RB GREY WARE AT THE NORTHERN SITE BUT NOTHING WAS SEEN AT THE OTHER.{1} SALTERN MATERIAL REPORTED IN 1959 (PER E H RUDKIN) - TWO SITES PRODUCING ROMAN POTTERY AND SALTERN DEBRIS.{5} THE FENLAND SURVEY RECORDED THIS SITE AS A SETTLEMENT OF THE ROMAN PERIOD BUT NOTED THAT BRIQUETAGE HAD BEEN FOUND IN 1960. {6}, AREA 0.08H, HTM 2M
