Full Description

Former offices of the Louth Gas Works. The building is thought to have been constructed in1826, at the same time that the works were established (see MLI86518). The structure is of two storeys and built of red brick with some stone dressings, and features a pitched roof covered by concrete tiles and with two brick chimney stacks. The building was converted into a public house called 'The Gas Lamp' at some point around 2010, with a parent brewery company occupying some of the adjacent buildings. {1}{2}{3}{4}
