Full Description

Earthwork remains of Medieval or post-Medieval ridge and furrow, visible on LIDAR imagery on land to the north of Bourne Road, Corby Glen. The earthworks appear to be bordered at their western end by a north-south aligned ditch visible on both LIDAR and satellite imagery. To the west of this ditch are a series of two or three possible small enclosures, which appear very faintly on the LIDAR but cannot be seen on satellite imagery. Their origin and purpose is unclear, though they are assumed to be contemporary with the ridge and furrow. {1}{2}
