Full Description

Former post-Medieval quarry and lime kiln depicted on historic mapping and visible as earthworks on land to the west of Caistor High Street, Hainton. LIDAR imagery suggests that the remains of a limekiln may survive within the quarry pit, which survives as earthworks within woodland. {1}{2}{3}
