Full Description
A series of ridge and furrow earthworks were identified during a geophysical survey on land at Thothby Lane, Alford, in Septemebr 2018. The earthworks are divided into two segments; the northern portion which rins north east to south west, and the southern portion, which runs north west to south east. The earthworks are believed to be of medieval to post-medieval date
