A small portion of a ditch was recorded in a stanchion pit at Aswardby House Farm, dated from pottery within the ditch fill.

Full Description
A single sherd of late Roman Greyware was recorded within the fill of a broadly east-west aligned ditch, which appears to be on the same alignment as the cropmarks to the north of the site (MLI43599). Further Roman pottery has been recorded in the immediate vicinity (MLI125753), including within the topsoil during excavations. {1}{2}
