Full Description
Part of a broadly north to south aligned ditch were identified in the southwestern portion of a housing plot excavated by APS at Land off Church View, Claypole. The ditch was exposed in section and was measured at at least 5.8m long, at least 3m wide, and 1.25m deep. Based on the size and orientation it was interpreted as a possible former field boundary. {1}
