Full Description
A fragment of Roman box flue tile was found in April 2024, on land to the west of Nocton Road, Potterhanworth. The fragment was combed in a chequered pattern on one face. Whilst unstratified and recovered as a surface find, the object may suggest a higher status Roman building was formerly located somewhere in the vicinity. {1}
