Full Description

A single redeposited sherd of medieval pottery was found in February 2024, during trial trenching on land off Cliff Road, Welton. The sherd was recovered from topsoil deposits, and was an abraded fragment from a 13th to mid 14th century Lincoln Glazed ware jug. {1}{2}
