Full Description

18th century farmhouse. Two storey, under a pitched gabled tile roof, with two gable stacks. The rear eastern elevation is constructed of finely coursed stone rubble, with brick dressings and quoins. The north and south gable elevations and the front western elevation are constructed of brick. The main elevation appears to have been refaced in the late 19th century, with bay windows at ground floor level and wider first floor windows inserted. Extensions to the south and north were also added in the late 19th century. It is possible that the rear elevation is a remnant of an earlier farmhouse, as evidenced by its asymmetrical door and window openings, and the areas of 18th century brick infill. {1}
