Early 18th century brick-built farmhouse, with pantile roofs with brick coped gables with kneelers. Has two brick gable stacks and denitlated eaves. Of two storeys and laid to a T-shaped plan, with a 3 bay front. Central doorway with 6 panel door and rectangular overlight, the moulded wooden surround is topped by a flat hood supported on brackets.
