Full Description
A ditched rectilinear enclosure, thought to be of probable Iron Age or Roman date, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of this area to the north-east of Kenwick Thorpe Farm, Legbourne. Three sides of the enclosure are visible, with the fourth side being obscured by a modern field boundary and farm activity. The enclosure measures approximately 118m by 104m, with two exaggerated corners. {1}
