Full Description
An 18th century hotel constructed of red brick, with later alterations and an asymetrical plan. The main range is three storeys high with hipped and cross-hipped roofs with brick chimney stacks. At the front of the building there is a two-storey 20th century brick extension with a flat roof. There is a mixture of sash and casement windows in the building. The Vine is one of the oldest extant secular buildings in Skegness and was originally known as Skegness Hotel. {1}{2}
