Full Description
The current Vine Hotel was constructed in 1937 on the site of the former Vine Hotel (MLI126802). The building is constructed of red brick in a butterfly plan. The two and a half storey hotel has a cross-hipped roof with stepped gables on either end and three dormer windows in the front elevation. The front elevation ground floor originally had an open loggia, now arches are encased by windows flanking a central doorway and covered by a flat roof. The first floor front elevation has eight casement windows with splayed brick heads. {1}
