Full Description

A late 20th century detached house, constructed on the location of a 19th century beer house known as Three Horseshoes which was probably demolished in the early 1970s. {1} The house is built in Georgian style and may incorporate parts of the earlier beerhouse. The building is rectangular in plan, two storeys high with a pantile pitch roof with brick gable stacks at each side. The western front elevation of the building has a central doorway to the ground floor flanked by sash windows, there are also sash windows to the first floor. To the north of the building there is a single storey L-shaped range. {2}
