Full Description

Former school. Two storey red brick building in English Bond, under an M-shaped pitched gabled roof. Shown and labelled as a school on the 1904 OS map, but not visible on the 1888 OS map. {1}{2}{3} The house immediately to the west of the school building may be the old schoolmaster's house; it appears on the 1904 OS map and seems to share a curtilage with the school. The school was closed at some point in the 20th century and converted into a detached house.
