Full Description

19th century school buildings. Two one and a half storey buildings of coursed limestone, under a pitched gabled roof of slate. The earlier building, likely the 1846 rebuild mentioned in White's 1856 Trade Directory, has a small bell tower with bell and apparatus in situ adjacent to a small gabled porch. One large ridge stack. Small decorative barge boards. The other building, constructed between 1888 and 1904, has a modern buff brick extension to the rear. {1}{2}{3}{4}
