Former girls' school building. L-shape plan building under a pitched hipped roof. {1} White's 1872 Trade Directory states that the girls' school was built by the vicar near the church, and at the time it was attended by 100 girls. {2} It is assumed that the building ceased to be used as a school when pupils moved to the current primary school building.
