Full Description

Former Girls' School. Large two storey rendered building under a pitched gabled tile roof. Large pointed window on gable, with ashlar surround and hood mould. {1} The All Saints National School was built in 1844. In 1872 had an attendance of around 70 pupils, and by 1892 there were 158 girls and infants attending. The school was closed in 1914 with the opening of the Girls' Elementary School (MLI97219) to the north of the High Street. {2}{3}
