Full Description

Former Girls' School on the corner of Albert Street and Vicotria Street, Holbeach. Large two-storey rendered building under a pitched gabled tile roof. Features a large pointed-arch window with ashlar surround and hood mould on the south gable. {1} The All Saints National School was built in 1844. It had an attendance of around 70 pupils in 1872, and by 1892 there were 158 girls and infants attending. The school was closed in 1914 with the opening of the Girls' Elementary School to the north of the High Street (see MLI97219). The building is now in use as flats. {2}{3}
