Full Description

A purpose built public house for the residential developments constructed along Staniland Road and Ivy Crescent in the mid-20th century. The two-storey building had an L-shaped plan and was constructed of buff brick with a pitched pantile roof and a brick chimney stack at the northern end. It was demolished around 2016 and replaced by a supermarket. {1}
