Full Description

An early 19th century building which as of 2021 was used as a dwelling and shop. The building had previously been a public house known as 'The Boat' and before this as 'The Fisherman's Rest'. The building is a two and a half storeys coinstructed of brick which is rendered white. Thepantile roof has a dormer window and a ridge stack. The ground floor is a 20th century timber shopfront and to the first floor there are three hanging sash windows, as well as a scrolled cast iron sign bracket. {1}
