Full Description

Former schoolhouse. Two storey red brick building with yellow brick diamond diapering and yellow brick banding, under a pitched gabled roof of slate. One large lateral stack. A modern flat roofed extension has been built to the west, and there is a further brown brick extension to the north with a single pitched felt roof. The possible porch to the south seen on the 1906 OS map appears to have been demolished. {1}{2} It is unclear when the school was built or when it ceased to be used as a school.
