Full Description

A cottage built at the beginning of the 19th century, part of the Pepperthorpe Hall estate. The cottage is of two storeys at the front and one and a half to the rear. It is constructed of red and brow brick covered in a pebbledash cement render. An attached outbuilding was added at some point in the 19th century and a modern lean-to was added to the southern face of the cottage in the mid-20th century. The cottage is planned to be demolished. {1}
