Public House. Rendered brick building, under a pitched gabled tile roof. Two gable stacks. Not shown on historic OS Maps, likely to be a post-war replacement for the Houghton Arms (MLI126294), a historic pub in Timberland village that closed at some point in the mid-20th century. {1}{2}
