Full Description

A former commercial and residential property of mid 19th century date. The property comprises the main two storey shop building, an attached single storey outbuilding, and a detached two storey outbuilding. All three buildings are of red brick construction with slate rooves. The street-facing north, northwest, and west elevations of the shop building have a decorative brick coping below a parapet, and the north and west elevation windows have stone sills with decorative moulded stone brackets and stone splayed keystone window heads. The door in the northwest elevation also has a moulded, decorative keystone arch. The outbuildings were in ruinous condition at the time of the site visit. {1}{2}
