Full Description

A single storey stone building which originally had a pantile roof which was replaced by corrugated asbestos cement sheeting. The building probably dates from the early 19th century when it was used as an animal shelter and was converted to stables in the mid-late 19th century. It was reverted to an animal shelter when horses ceased to be used at the farm, possibly in the mid-20th century. The building is part of a larger complex that received planning approval in 2005 for conversion into a farm shop, restaurant, farm offices and commercial kitchen. {1}
