Full Description
Former brick bridge to the north of Cloves Bridge, Saltfleetby. The bridge was designated as a category 'B' bridge, and was mined with explosives in the event of invasion during the Second World War. The bridge is no longer extant, and may have been demolished with use of the explosives after the war (it was recorded as having a crater in its centre by the Defence of Britain project). {1}{2}
