House dating from the 1890s, built on the eastern edge of the former Nelthorpe Quarry (see MLI90638). {1}
The house is thought to have been designed by William Watkins, and is of two storeys with attic, and built of red brick with pitched roofs of slate. The attached house to the north is a later addition in separate ownership. {2}
