Full Description
A Second World War pillbox is visible in this location on Google Maps Streetview imagery. The structure is located within woodland and vegetation obscures much of the view. It appears to be the type 23 form of rectangular, three-bay concrete pillbox, or some kind of similar variant. Internal supports for firing shelves appear to survive underneath some of the embrasures. {1}{2}
