Milestone of possible 19th century date, at Donington Road, Bicker. It is triangular in plan, and made of cast-iron. It is inscribed 'HCC' in the top panel, with 'BOSTON 9 MILES' and 'DONINGTON 1 1/2 MILES' in the respective side panels. {1} The milepost was inspected as part of a condition survey of historic milestones in Boston Borough, conducted in early 2020. It was found to be in a relatively good condition at that time, and appeared to be well maintained. {2}
